Orders and cancellations
Because most of the products that we sell online are personalised for you, we may not be able to cancel your order. If a mistake is made and you contact us quickly enough, we will do our best to cancel your order.
We’ll do our best to produce your order to the quality you expect and in the time promised. If we don’t manage that, let us know by contacting us and we’ll do whatever we can to help.
Images and uploaded content
By using our website and/or apps, we ask you not to upload any images that are under copyright without the copyright holder’s permission in writing. Please also do not attempt to upload any obscene or objectionable images or text.
We may have to cancel your order and refund your payment if such images are sent to us. We also ask you to back up any images that you send us.
Collection in store
If you use our collect in-store service, we will keep your order for up to 3 months from the date you place your order, but reserve the right to dispose of any items you don’t collect after that time.
We also reserve the right to no longer accept orders from you if you do not collect items which are for payment in-store.
One Year Print Deal
If you’ve signed up for our in-store One Year Print Deal, credits can only be used to purchase 6x4" glossy photo prints. Any unused credits from your first month can be carried over into the second month. After this, credits must be used within the same month they are issued or they will be lost.
Credits can only be redeemed in-store. Promotions cannot be applied to this offer. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed credit booklets will not be replaced or refunded.
Print Credits
If you have purchased Print Credits, these can be used to purchase 6x4" or 7x5" glossy photo prints. Regular Print Credits are valid for 1 year from the day of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Credits can only be redeemed online. Print Credits cannot be redeemed on same-day photo prints. Promotions cannot be applied to Print Credits. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Camera film
Due to supply issues, please be aware that there’s a monthly limit of 10 camera film products per customer. All camera film is also exempt from all discounts and other promotional offers.
Discounts and promotions
Only one discount code is to be used per order, postage cost is excluded. Cameras, film, film processing, custom framing, gift vouchers and print credits are excluded from all discount codes.
Already discounted products are excluded from any further discount codes. Our “Buy one get one half price” offer applies to Same Day gifts only and the cheapest gift is half price. Exclusions apply to merchandise same-day gifts such as baubles, snowglobes and keyrings.
